Summer Polka Dot Card

Happy Saturday, Friends! Its been a rainy day here today...with lots of thunder and even a little sunshine mixed in! Perfect day to spend a little time in my craftroom. This "Thank You" card is for a very helpful friend, cousin-in-law actually (she & I both married into the family so perhaps that makes us out-laws instead of in-laws!).
I am entering this one in 3 challenges:
The #13-Polka Dots Challenge at http://houseofgilli.blogspot.com/

Here is a list of most of the ingredients used for this card:
Magnolia stamped image is Tilda in Swimsuit*,
colored with colored pencils
The bench stamped image is from C.C. Designs*
The blue flower is from SSD, the pastel Gardenia Pack*
(The pink flowers are part of a silk flower I took apart)
Cardstock & paper - Imaginisce, Doodlebug Designs, & my stash
The punched leaf branches...can't remember brand of punch
Green glitter glue from Studio G
Lots of Glue Dots* and Glue Glider Pro adhesive*
Both ribbons and the "Thank You" stamp are also from my stash
NOTE: Everything marked with a * I got at http://www.stampingscrapping.com/

Thanks so much for stopping by! Please leave a comment and let me know what you think of this one (or of any of my stuff!) I always love to hear from you!

MOJO Monday Sketch Challenge #202

Tonight we had a birthday celebration for 3 of the "kids"...ranging in age from 31 to 52! The card I'm posting is the one I gave my son-in-law, Steve. I recently picked up a set of Stampin Up safari animals stamps that I needed an excuse to use. So I did! And I'm entering it in the MOJO Monday 202 Challenge at
http://mojomonday.blogspot.com/

All of the cardstock is from my stash...some has been in my craftroom for years!
The diecuts are: Spellbinders Standard Circles Lg. & Big Scallopped Circles Lg.
The glass "beads" are Twinkle Jewels from Stampingscrapping.com.
The Happy Birthday stamp is from Imaginations. On the inside is a Verve stamp, the Bible verse: Psalm 37:4, and more Stampin Up animals!
